Learn more about Laparoscopic surgery

Laparoscopic Surgery

Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgical technique that has replaced open or conventional surgery. Small incisions of 10 mm or less are made, and the lens or laparoscope and different instruments are introduced to operate the patient.

From diagnostic approaches, through cancer staging to complex surgeries such as radical hysterectomies due to Uterine Cancer, laparoscopic surgery offers a quick and much less painful postoperative recovery.
